Richmond, VA – April 22, 2020 — G.I. fans have been excited ever since they announced their first ever live album which is due out this summer. The lead single “SO GOOD Live” continues to move swiftly up the charts hitting Billboard’s Top 30 this week. “SO GOOD LIVE” is laced with beautiful smooth harmonies that G.I. fans have grown to love over the years, intricate arranged live music, and a power-packed message proclaiming that through it all, God has been “SO GOOD!”

People all over the world have sat quarantined in their homes witnessing second hand how Covid 19 has affected the lives of millions. The virus became personal for group member Lamonte Harris who tested positive for Covid 19 a few weeks ago. Lamonte Harris shares…“I hope my story encourages someone. When I first heard about the virus I was skeptical, wondering was it real. Then I began to develop symptoms and my wife encouraged me to get tested. And sure enough, I tested positive for Covid 19. At that moment, it felt like the weight of the world had rested on my chest. With the uncertainty of the virus and no cure as of yet, I began to wonder if I would make it. During my 2 weeks of quarantine, I had a fever that would not subside, continuous coughing to the point that my chest and ribs began to ache, and shortness of breath. But I thank God that I’m almost out of the woods. I only have a few more days of quarantine, I didn’t have to be hospitalized, and my faith is even stronger for having overcome COVID 19. God is SO GOOD! I hope that my story encourages someone to take this virus seriously.

This virus is real. I lost my great uncle recently to the virus. Stay home and stay safe.”
